Waiver & Indemnification

I acknowledge that dance involves physical activity with inherent risks. I release RH Dance, its instructors and venues from liability for any injury sustained during classes, rehearsals or performances, except in cases of proven negligence.

Media Consent

I grant RH Dance permission to photograph and film classes, rehearsals and performances for promotional, educational and social media use. Images may appear on the RH Dance website, Facebook and printed materials.

Behaviour Clause

All students and family members are expected to behave respectfully towards instructors, peers and venues. Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in dismissal from class without refund.

Drop Off & Collection Clause

Parents and guardians are responsible for safely dropping off and collecting students before and after class. Students must not be left unattended outside of class times. Late collection may incur a fee.

Tuition Policies

Term fees are based on 8 classes per term and are payable in full before the second class of term unless a payment plan has been arranged. A non-refundable registration fee of AU$25 applies per dancer, per year.

Refund Policies

Term fees are non-refundable once the term has commenced, except in cases of long-term injury or medical inability to participate, supported by a medical certificate. Credits may be issued at the studio's discretion.

Cancellation Policies

RH Dance reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, prorated credits or refunds will be issued. Students wishing to withdraw must provide written notice before the start of term.
